This fortress overlooks the bay opposite Fu’ao Port and was once an important military stronghold in Matsu, designated as Stronghold 01. Walking through the winding tunnels and stepping into this former military stronghold transports you back to the era of military confrontation.

Shengli Fort has retained its original facilities, including the machine gun fort, soldier dormitories, ammunition depots, and command posts. It has now been transformed into a battlefield culture museum, inviting visitors to explore and uncover the history of the Matsu battlefield.
