I'm currently working as a neuropsychiatrist/ researcher in the department of Neuropsychiatry, Graduate school of medicine, Kyoto University. Kendo Kyoshi-7th dan player at the same time. The mein theme of my work is to investigate the relatioship between daily life habits and mental health, particularly focusing on the mental and physical benefits of Japanese martial Budo and the achevement of the Mind-Body Unity based on the neuroscientific point of view. Several art disciplines such as philosophy and ethical issues are the interest in the same context. I hope the meaning of the emphasis on exercise as well as mental mindset fro mental health benefits with the stakeholders.
